How processing is counted.
In credits: one credit is one minute of GPU processing. Aligning your photos or video is never charged, and a failed build is refunded automatically.

Do I need a card to start?
No. You add one when you buy processing or subscribe to a plan.
What happens after my first 90 days of hosting?
A new account hosts up to 20 published Showcases for its first 90 days. After that, published Showcases stay live through a 14-day grace period and are then unpublished, unless you keep them live: add extra hosted Showcases from $1 / Showcase / month (no plan needed), or subscribe to a plan that includes hosting (Creator 20, Pro 100, Studio 400). Nothing is deleted, and publishing again later takes one click.
Do private Showcases count as hosted Showcases?
No. Only publicly accessible Showcases (public or link-only) count toward your plan’s hosted Showcases. Private Showcases are unlimited and free; every Showcase starts private until you publish it.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits don’t roll over: they last until the end of the billing month they’re granted in. Credit packs never expire.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. If your new plan includes fewer hosted Showcases than you’ve published, the extra ones stay live for 14 days while you choose which to keep.
Can I download my Models?
Yes. Every Model downloads as a PLY or SPZ file.
Who owns the Models I create?
You do. Your uploads, your Models and your Showcases belong to you. We need the usual license to store, process and display them, which hosting and sharing require.
